Where does the name "Fettle" come from?

Fettle means to fix or make better in Yorkshire dialect.

Do you have a shop that I can visit?

Not at present, our shop is online only. We do attend events in Yorkshire, which are advertised via social media.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes. Please get in touch for further details. Pricing depends on the items and quantities required. We can also tailor designs to your needs for special orders.

Do you deliver overseas?

Yes, we ship parcels around the world via Royal Mail. Take a look at our delivery page for more information.

How do pre-orders work?

Some of our items are available to pre-order, and will be shipped to you at a later date. This means you get first dibs on items that are not yet in stock - YESSS!

Please note that payments are taken in full when you place your pre-order.

We will endeavour to stick all shipping estimates, however, there is always a chance of delays beyond our control. If your pre-order item is going to take longer than expected, we will let you know. If pre-order items arrive earlier than expected, we send them early!

If you order in-stock and pre-order items together, we will hold your whole order until the pre-order item is ready to go. Similarly with multiple pre-order items, your total order will be sent together. If you'd like to get your items as they each become available, we advise you place separate orders. Please remember, payments are taken when you place your pre-order, NOT when we dispatch.

Where are your products made?

Our jewellery is all handmade in Yorkshire. Printed apparel is manufactured in the USA, Europe, and South America by WRAP certified factories; printing and finishing is all done here in Yorkshire. Greetings cards and paper products are all printed in England. Pin badges are made here in the UK in one of the last remaining factories still making enamel badges.
